Delete your Babeh account.
You can permanently delete your Babeh account and the data linked to it from inside the app, or by emailing us. Either route removes the same data — usually within 30 days.
1From inside the app
- Open Babeh on your device.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is marked for deletion immediately and the data below is removed.
If you've signed in with a partner, your partnership is dissolved. Your partner keeps their own account and their own reactions; the shared match list is removed.
2If you can't open the app
Email hello@idleflowgames.com from the email address you signed in with (the Google account you used to create Babeh).
Tell us you'd like your account deleted. We'll confirm by reply, then process the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account & sign-in data — your Firebase Auth record, including email and display name.
- Reactions & shortlist — every name reaction synced from your device.
- Onboarding profile — surname, baby count, gender preference, twin mode.
- Partnership data — your link to a partner and any pending invitations.
- On-device data — uninstalling Babeh removes your local cache, model files, and private (REJECTED) reactions that never sync.
What we keep, and for how long
We retain minimal records required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (e.g. abuse reports). These records do not include your name reactions or shortlist and are deleted on a rolling basis, typically within 90 days.
Aggregated, anonymous analytics data that cannot be tied back to you may be retained indefinitely.
